Shipping/Delivery

All orders placed before 10:00am Monday to Friday will be packed and dispatched same day via National Courier Service Australia Post. All orders placed inside Australia over $100 qualify for free shipping and are dispatched Regular Post. We also offer Express Shipping for $9.95. For all International Orders we offer a fair and affordable set of shipping options. $14.95 for registered international mail orders. Alternatively, international customers may also chose our International Fully Tracked Shipping option for a flat rate of $29.95.

All Jym Locker customers are entitled to exchange ANY product for ANY reason pending the sole condition that the items are returned in an acceptable and resellable condition. For your items to be deemed eligible for resale they must adhere to the following conditions: 

The item is in brand new condition 
The item has not been washed, worn or smells of cologne or anything else 
All tags and relevant packaging are intact
Contact has been made with jymlocker.com via our info@jymlocker.com email within 28 days of purchase date 

We caution you to please chose your colours and sizes wisely we are unable to cover the shipping cost associated with customer item exchanges.

Jymlocker.com will refund a customer order anytime if the any of the following issues occur:

The product is faulty, this includes stains and tears.
The product is not a true representation of what was shown on the product page.
The product is damaged upon delivery.
The product stock count was incorrect and not available for processing at time of purchase

Jym Locker uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.
All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.
Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by or any outside party.
All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by jymlocker.com.
